MAILPROFILER PROFILING
Our corporate name is our commitment. The profiling and auto learn functionalities enable the creation of automatic and self-updating customer profiles with each mailing. All information received during mailings, such as response behaviour, expressed interest in particular offers or contents of e-mail newsletters will be automatically saved with each customer profile and will be automatically available for the next marketing activity. This could mean an e-mail newsletter to an address list of 100,000 customers, or potential customers consisting of 100,000 different single newsletters. Every e-mail fully automated with different contents.
MAILPROFILER EDIT
MAILPROFILER XPROFILER™ is the only professional e-mail marketing system with a fully integrated content management system, enabling even lay persons to design and produce their own newsletters and e-mail marketing activities. You simply place (or we can do this for you) a variety of newsletter layouts in IMN™ and you are ready to write and design newsletters or just e-mails, as you please.
MAILPROFILER PUBLISHING
The newly developed Object Management System makes it possible, especially for publishers and media companies who communicate regularly with their readers, to automate newsletter production. Existing articles can be taken from the website or from within an existing content management system and can be processed simply and automatically when putting together your newsletter. The sending process itself can also be automated.
MAILPROFILER STATISTICS
These features are available real time to such a degree of detail, enabling you to plan and execute follow-up activities on an individual level. For example, interested parties who clicked a cabriolet offer in the newsletter of a car manufacturer could be called personally, or of course e-mailed and be invited to a test drive. We call that perfect direct marketing.
All reports and collected lists can be exported via CSV or XML, as a matter of course.
MAILPROFILER LIST BROKING
MAILPROFILER is the only solution Europe wide enabling you to assemble and provide addresses from different sources within the e-mail marketing system. (The headquarters of a corporation, for example, accesses the addresses of one or more representations; a direct marketing corporation rents addresses - also transcending national borders - from several list brokers, which make their address lists available within XPROFILER™, such as the Schober Information Group. A cumulative selection from all address lists displays the number of addresses available for a marketing activity with regard to a certain target group selection. XPROFILER™ is the ideal fulfilment partner here.
MAILPROFILER RETURN
MAILPROFILER is the only provider offering comprehensive service with regard to bounces (non-deliverable e-mails). You won't simply receive a floppy with the bounces (hard bounces) after a mailing. We process all hard bounces AND most of the soft bounces with a comprehensive set of filters. For example e-mails such as "My e-mail address has changed", "I am on vacation", etc.
The MAILPROFILER support team will only concern you with e-mails where customers or e-mail recipients approach your corporation with concrete questions. For example: "Could you call me?", "I would like to receive an offer on..." etc.
