Besides very detailed contracts with our clients and partners, MAILPROFILER focuses on proprietary checks and transparency. | |

| MAILPROFILER ASP clients | |

| Our clients using IMN(tm) applications with proprietary addresses sign to their data having been raised according to the relevant legal privacy regulations, and to these data only being used in accordance with these regulations. Furthermore our clients sign to the recipients consenting to the receipt of marketing communication distributed via the IMN(tm) platform. Beyond the above criteria MAILPROFILER only accepts customers into its databases which at least own the two targeting functions "male/female" or "first name /surname". | |

| The MAILPROFILER list brokers | |

| The list brokers at MAILPROFILER rent their collected and current address profiles to interested ASP clients. In order to avoid separate contracts between ASP clients and list brokers, and because privacy concerns have highest priority here as well, contracts are signed directly between list brokers and MAILPROFILER. List brokers sign to only releasing addresses of parties for rent which have expressly agreed their being used for marketing purposes. | |
